Processing time for group sales or special promotions are 2-4 weeks. No cancellations and/or refunds will be offered during the group sales or special promotions. If an order is placed without a discount code a refund and/or adjustment of the difference will not be offered during any special promotions. Combining orders will not be permitted during any special promotions or group sales (see FAQ for additional details). Offering these services slows down production and cause mistakes. All freebies during special promotions are before shipping, after discount.
