This policy is for all illustrations by Capitol Chic Designs (2014-present) including Capitol Chic Designs Stamps (2014-present).



*****Downloading Digital Art (Free or Purchased) *****



Please read the entire Terms of Use before purchasing and using any digital files on the CCD site. Thank you for supporting Capitol Chic Designs, LLC (CCD). I appreciate each customer. My goal is to provide unique stamps in the market. Thank you again for supporting my vision.


Please do not share the files and respect the terms and conditions that are included with the downloads. It applies to all of my images. Downloading a file (purchased or free) means that you agree to honor these terms. Please help support the rights of artists and crafters alike, in this wonderful digital stamping community. Downloading a file does not make the digital art your own property. When purchasing a digital file, you receive a limited license to use the art for your personal use. Be sure to give credit when using a Capitol Chic Designs image (i.e. card making, mixed media art, etc.). Capitol Chic Designs, LLC retains all rights and copyright to the digital art found on the Capitol Chic Designs site. This Angel Policy allows you, the purchaser, to sell one-of-a-kind, handmade (not mass produced) items using CCD digital art. Not following the terms specified above is stealing. All illustrations on the CCD site are owned by Lameka Alston, and are protected by copyright. The digital "stamp" MAY NOT be sold or swapped as is (black and white illustration)--printed out or as a digital image. CCD images cannot be made into rubber stamps, die cut files or dies, or used for machine embroidery. Please remember if you make something like a printable card, digitally coloring one of my images, it is for personal use only. Sharing a digital file of a digital stamp or digital card (black line art or a colored version), creating a digital kit with the image set, or mass producing/printing cards using Capitol Chic Designs stamps is against these Terms of Use.





There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS allowed on digital items.
