Here are some of the most popular questions regarding our order process, pricing, and policies at Capitol Chic Designs. Don’t see your question here? Contact us and we will work hard to get back to you within 1 business day, but please be patient as it may take us a bit longer during periods of high volume.

What is Capitol Chic Designs return policy?

We promise to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner.

From time to time things can go wrong and mistakes can happen, which is very upsetting to us and we take it personally if our product does not meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know. We appreciate feedback from our customers and we are always striving to improve our business operations.

You have 10 days to return any damaged stickers from the day it was marked as DELIVERED.

If you miss the cut off, you will receive a $5 store credit.

What is covered under our policy?

Our policy covers the aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties.

Under this policy, we guarantee:

  • To deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.
  • To deliver the product you ordered and the quantity you ordered.

Our policy does NOT include:

  • Delivery times – as these are fulfilled by a courier. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery date which is a good indication of when you should expect your order, but not a guarantee.
  • Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
  • A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.
  • Delays or damages in transit.
  • Delays in production if we are awaiting information from the customer (new artwork to replace inaccurate or unusable artwork).

Our refund/reprint policy:

We will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages that have Proof of Delivery.

If your order has arrived damaged we will replace it with a reprint of the damaged products. We require a photo to clarify the condition of your order before processing the reprint. We will also send a return label so you can send back any damaged stickers.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We work hard to respond to your requests within 1 business day and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Can I use a discount code on Customs or Logos?

NO. If you use a discount code on a custom, your order will be cancelled and refund will be sent. 

Can I combine my orders?

If you send us an email before we start your order, we will be happy to combine the order then. Once combined, it will be shipped via Priority Mail. We do NOT combine orders during a sale. The volume is too heavy. It slows down the processing time. 

 How long is the shipping and processing time for my order?

Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks. We are experiencing heavy volumes of ordering. Please be patient. 

Group Sales or Special Promotion Terms and Conditions

Processing time for group sales or special promotions are 3-4 weeks. No cancellations and/or refunds will be offered during the group sales or special promotions. If an order is placed without a discount code a refund and/or adjustment of the difference will not be offered during any special promotions. Combining orders will not be permitted during any special promotions or group sales (see FAQ above). Offering these services slows down production and cause mistakes. All freebies during special promotions are before shipping, after discount.
