By placing an order for a pre-order item on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Item:

   1.1. The item you are purchasing is a pre-order item, which means that it is currently not in stock and is expected to be delivered at a later date.

   1.2. The estimated delivery date provided is an approximation and may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes to the estimated delivery date.

2. Delivery:

   2.1. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the pre-order item to the address provided by you during the ordering process.

   2.2. You acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of pre-orders, delivery may take longer than our standard shipping times. We will provide you with an estimated delivery window, but please note that this is an approximation and actual delivery times may vary.

   2.3. If there are any changes to your delivery address, please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

3. Moving Process:

   3.1. Please be aware that we are currently undergoing a moving process. While we will strive to fulfill all pre-orders promptly, there may be some disruptions or delays in our operations due to the move.

   3.2. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition period. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize any impact on the delivery of your pre-order item. If there are any significant delays or changes in our operations, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative options if available.

4. Cancellation and Refunds:

   4.1. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the item has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

  4.2. Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy.

PART TWO:

  1. Route Protection: If you have not purchased Route Protection, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to replace your order in the event of loss or damage. We strongly recommend adding Route Protection to your order to ensure its protection and to facilitate contact in case of a lost order.

  2. Transit Time: Once your package has left our office, please allow sufficient time for it to reach you. If the tracking status indicates that it is still in transit, rest assured that it is on its way. We kindly request your patience in such cases. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  3. Lost Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we advise you to contact your local post office and request a GPS location update. If you have purchased Route Protection prior to checking out, you may also contact Route Protection for further assistance.

  4. Processing Delays: During the holiday season, it is important to keep in mind that processing centers across the nation may experience backlogs due to high volumes of holiday orders. Consequently, your order may take up to an entire month to reach you. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
